Who’s Your Caddie? (Hint: It’s Me, Craig - A 65-Year-Old Weekend Warrior Who Hates Complicated Golf Books)
I picked up my first club at age 10, played in high school, played competitively in college, and thought I had this game figured out. Fast forward a few decades and somewhere between a career, a family, and a few too many early morning tee times, my game started changing in ways I didn't expect. I still mermeber the round where I realized I couldn't reach a par 5 in two that I'd been reaching easily for twenty years. That was the moment I knew something had to change.
The drives got shorter. The recovery took longer. The swing that worked at 22 stopped cooperating at 52. And every tip I tried — from YouTube videos to expensive lessons to the latest driver that promised fifteen extra yards — made things more complicated, not less.
So I did what any stubborn golfer does. I went back to basics and started figuring out what actually works when you're playing golf after 50 — not what works for tour professionals, not what worked for me in college, but what works right now with the body and the game I actually have today.
The Better Golf After 50 Blueprint is everything I figured out — organized into a simple system so you don't have to spend years piecing it together the way I did.
I'm not a teaching pro. I'm not a fitness coach(obviously). I'm a golfer who loves this game and refuses to stop getting better at it.
